TheScanner.Ai ("the Service") is a market research and screening tool. It surfaces publicly available and licensed market data, computed rankings, and automated alerts for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Service — including scores, scanners, alerts, and performance records — is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. Markets involve substantial risk, including total loss. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before trading.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or publicly republish Service data or alerts; scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; share login credentials; interfere with the Service's operation; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service, including its software, design, rankings, and content, is owned by TheScanner.Ai and protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service; no other rights are granted.
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and third-party feeds may fail. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheScanner.Ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading losses, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
By creating an account you consent to receive transactional and service emails, and — if you connect it — Telegram messages. You can opt out of marketing email at any time by replying "unsubscribe".
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 2, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination.
